Selling Inside Romania

Payment of 50% of the total price in advance to prepare the Order, the rest of the 50% is paid before loading into the trucks at the warehouse.

Selling within EU

After the issuance of the proforma invoice, we accept only a 50% deposit within 2 working days. The remaining balance must be paid via instant payment either before or at the time of shipment, before the goods leave the seller's premises.

Exporting outside EU

For shipments outside Europe, we require a 50% deposit within 2 working days after the proforma invoice is issued, 30% when the goods are ready for shipment (with proof provided to the buyer), and the final 20% on the day of confirmation of delivery to the port.

Our prices are only valid for a specific period and are subject to change based on production and shipping costs.
Payment Terms and Structure:

Sample Orders:

Sample orders must be paid 100% in advance before delivery.

Unaccepted Payment Methods:

We do not accept letters of credit, CAD payments, or D/P payments. We only follow the payment structure mentioned herein.

Bank Transactions:

We accept payments from all over the world through our European bank accounts, based on the buyer's location and currency.

Refund and Return Policy:

We follow European and international trade laws regarding refunds.
Return Reasons:

If the delivered quality does not meet the buyer's specified quality requirements.
If the specifications do not match those provided by the buyer.

How Long Can Products Be Returned?

Immediately after the buyer’s on-site inspection.

Refund Reasons:

Based on the reasons mentioned in the Refund Policy.
If the supplier fails to deliver the goods.
If there are delays in shipping and the order cannot be fulfilled on time.

When Will I Receive the Refund?

According to European and international laws, refunds are processed within 30-90 days from confirmation.

No Refunds If:

The goods meet all requirements, but the buyer no longer needs them.
The buyer provided incorrect specifications.
The fault lies 100% with the buyer.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, within 2 days of paying the deposit.

Can I Modify My Order?

Yes, the order can be modified freely within 2 days.

Shipping:

Incoterms and Loading Ports:
v  EXW, FCA (Constanta Port), FOB (Constanta Port), DAP (our premises), and CIF.

Delivery Time for Orders:
v  The delivery time depends on the product type. For manufactured products, it’s based on production time. For in-stock products, shipping occurs 4 days after payment via road or rail, and 8-10 days by sea.

Shipping Time:
v  In Europe: 4 – 14 days.

v  Outside Europe: 10 – 35 – 40 – 60 days, depending on the location.

Shipping Documents Before Arrival:
v  For international sea shipping: Bill of lading, packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, and any other necessary certificates.

v  For road or rail shipping: CMR, packing list, commercial invoice.

Shipping Locations:

European shipments are dispatched directly from our premises by truck or rail.
Container shipments outside Europe depart from our facility at the Port of Constanta, Romania. All certificates are provided at the time of shipment.
